THEY PUT THE WRONG NAME ON MY CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION. I informed Mr. Griffin that my name was wrong on the paperwork, and they said they would fix it. They fixed the name on the contract. However, I do not understand how they got to change my name on the contract without me re-signing the paperwork. Never go here for any maintenance. My son who is a teenager cane here because his car has a recall. My son told them about the oil change and I called them immediately that we will not do it because we will go to another place since my son has not much money , they agree . I recently purchased a 2015 toyota tacoma from haddad toyota. I was very impressed with the profession help I received during the purchasing process.Renee was the sales person that assisted me throughout. She was extremely helpful and professional at all times. Horrible Service Experience!!!! I emailed the General Manager (Chafik Amrani) previously but they never replied. I brought my 2024 Tacoma in for 2 recalls on 11/24/2025. The next day my girlfriend drove to Tampa. On her return trip she noticed the brakes were not responding as normal. A few minutes later a warning light came on stating "low break pressure".
