Terrible service. Do not take your Nissan Rouge there to be dianogised for any Nissan Recalls as those people will lie. Their final dianogistic this week was for engine issues but they tried to blame it on water damage which is NOT TRUE. My 2022 Nissan Rouge which i bought 9 months ago and only added 7000 miles to so far had the engine die this May 2025 while i was on my way home. I still have an active loan and no car. I have had to pay for towing severals times these last two months, including to two separate Nissan dealer... read more
I didn’t have to wait when I got there, the facility was very clean and my car was done asap
While customer service while there is friendly. I have to question if they do preformed service or just bill you. I had injector and throttle body service done in January 2025. This is my throttle body in April 2025. I doubt it got this dirty in 4 months. When showm to service dept in June he said he would show mechanics the pics. When ready to leave he didnt show pics and said he would call w a answer. Never got a call. Maybe taking service and future car purchases to a new dealership next time.
