Extremely Disappointing Experience – Longtime Customer No More I made a service appointment three days in advance for 7:45 AM, after speaking directly with someone at Sansone Mazda and explaining the issue with my car. I even took the day off work to bring it in. After dropping it off at my scheduled time, I called three hours later for an update and was told it would be about 45 minutes for diagnostics. The most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The sales representative appeared to be miserable at his job and made our test drive feel like a burden. Very rude and would avoid at all costs.
Another wonderful Mazda service experience today with service advisors Ashanti Blackwell and Julian Solano under the leadership of service manager Anthony Torsiello. The master control switch associated with the windows had to be replaced and I was in and out within 90 minutes. The mechanic also deserves praise for his video clip of the service performed to my satisfaction. Big thumbs up to the entire team!
I’ve owned 3 Mazdas from Sansone .and in the past 5 years never really had a problem with the service .but yesterday my service was a nightmare due to a clueless lying service manager Anthony .i went in for a windshield wiper fluid tank leak .got there at 10:30 my appointment was for 11:00 he checked it out and said it wasn’t covered because of a prior accident on the fender which was only a scrape and slightly crack headlight that was repaired a year ago .
