I’ve owned 3 Mazdas from Sansone .and in the past 5 years never really had a problem with the service .but yesterday my service was a nightmare due to a clueless lying service manager Anthony .i went in for a windshield wiper fluid tank leak .got there at 10:30 my appointment was for 11:00 he checked it out and said it wasn’t covered because of a prior accident on the fender which was only a scrape and slightly crack headlight that was repaired a year ago . Worst service and customer service. Don’t recommend anyone.
Thomas was so helpful in aiding my family and I choose a car. He got another salesmen to even translate certain things for my Spanish speaking parents. He was super friendly, kind & answered all of our questions. 10/10 recommend this place & Thomas!
Terrible experience brining my Mazda to get serviced. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and dropped my car off at 10 am. I came back at two to find out that they have not even look at my car since I was not waiting at the shop. In 4 hours nothing got done and very poor customer service.
Servicing the vehicle here is a nightmare. After a recent brake fluid replacement at this dealership, before taking off I checked the condition under the hood. I found that the master cylinder was topped off all the way the to the cap above the max level, new brake oil spilled on fuse box, battery cover, inner and outer body, master cylinder and on the electrical connector.
