Recall two hour wait nice waiting room coffee and snacks included
Last week I had my car in for a routine service (oil change, tire rotation). Over the weekend the car didn't sound right, with a vibrating sound. When I further inspected my car I discovered most of the lug nuts on both rear tires were loose (I could unscrew them by hand) and one of the locking nuts was completely missing. Today when I called the service center they said to bring it in and I requested a return call from the service manager. Had a flat tire. Got car towed here. They said they would try their best to fit me in. And they did. Angela was awesome in organizing getting my car fixed in a couple of hours. Really amazing service.
