Very disappointing experience today at the Hyundai service department. I brought my 2025 Sonata N-Line in for an oil change under warranty (including extended coverage), but the staff insisted it wasn’t covered and made me wait almost 4 hours even i have appointment set and no clear explanation. Service advisor both ladies have too much attitude she talk like she is the owner of hyundai. To God Be All The Glory. The service manager was rude. I shared that my vehicle was needing a boost almost every other day. I asked if I could wait for the check up. You will not be serviced today I only have 2 people in the service department. There is no problem with talking my payment each month Please help me Is my battery under warranty?
