Great place to live! Well maintained beautiful building and location! Note: AirB&B and other short term rentals are illegal per SPB Ordinance so if you secure one of these you will be evicted and fined.

They allowed 18 people to stay in the unit above us-it was meant for 6 people. After a week of complaints about the noise (they were sleeping in shifts), we told them we were calling the police for child neglect and all of a sudden they got evicted. We were able to enjoy the last 6 hours of our trip. I did review this right afterwards and put in the positives and negatives about the unit itself but it never got posted. We will see if this stays up.
