I called Sansbury Eye Center and they told me they take our insurance. They are located in our provider network that they take BCBS but when you get there they tell you that you have to pay up front and submit your own claim. Staff was unfriendly and lazy they wouldn't even call your insurance company to see if all you had to pay was a copay.
