The staff at Sansbury eye center are great! A very helpful and cheerful bunch to be with. I'm a new contact wearer and they were very patient with me and even let me try a few different brands to see which ones my eyes liked better!! Wow!
UPSALE, UPSALE UPSALE--This place is a rip off. They want to up sell you on everything. They use high pressure sales tactics and try to make you feel guilty if you can't afford it. These guys are crooks...STAY AWAY. I left with my family's prescriptions and went elsewhere. We saved over $1,000.
These folks are now in my insurance network, and I couldn't be happier. Selection was great. 3 of us got something picked out the same day, my wife went back the next day and made her decision. Dr Petty was great. The rest of the folks were very friendly and they were able to explain our insurance benefits down to the penny. This place is locally owned and family friendly. Highly recommended!
I just went here last week and it was awful. The actual optometrist was great, but the staff were rude and behaved as if the customers were an inconvenience. I had to get off work early to make this appointment and i didnt want to have to do that again, so i stuck it out. The woman that "helped" me select my frames was ridiculously talkative, even going so far as to insult a previous customer casually as if it werent completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your eyecare. Contact prescriptions are supposedly good for one year. I payed for my exam Dec. 3 2014. I returned on Dec. 3 2015 to purchase one box of contacts and was told I couldn't because my prescription had expired. Apparently profit is more important than their customers.
Didn't know what frames I was talking about and they were no help trying to find the frames I needed for my child with special needs. Lazy and unprofessional! Don't go here!
They are great! They helped us out in a pinch and I get great service every time!
