RecommendedMy husband and I were trying to find a different eye center to go to so we called Sansbury. They were very booked up but the receptionist Victoria worked very hard to get my husband and I in! Dr. Petty is so sweet and takes her time with you! We ordered glasses and we are both in love with them!! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a friendly and clean environment!

As a man, I generally prefer male doctors (just a man thing) but Dr. Petty is awesome. Her interaction and connection with patients is great and she is very aggressive in going after the problem. Kristin and the front desk staff are always very helpful and accommodating to help with any questions and paperwork and trying to work a person in as soon as possible. Great place Lexington Sansbury!

Dr Petty is super nice but the staff doesn’t take the time to explain benefits and what my options are based on my insurance and just felt rushed.2 days after being seen received call from Kimberly stating that I owe an additional amount for my glasses. I don’t know why she didn’t tell me when I was in there guess she was too busy thinking about her vacation. I will not go back to this for my eye care.
All the doctors and staff are nice but Celeste is the best! Have had her on 2 visits and she is super friendly, takes time to explain options and makes the whole process easy!
The staff at Sansbury eye center are great! A very helpful and cheerful bunch to be with. I'm a new contact wearer and they were very patient with me and even let me try a few different brands to see which ones my eyes liked better!! Wow!
UPSALE, UPSALE UPSALE--This place is a rip off. They want to up sell you on everything. They use high pressure sales tactics and try to make you feel guilty if you can't afford it. These guys are crooks...STAY AWAY. I left with my family's prescriptions and went elsewhere. We saved over $1,000.
