What disappointed me most was the lack of customer care. After threading, my face wasn’t cleaned properly, leaving tiny eyebrow hairs stuck all over my face. I had to remove them myself, and no tissue or assistance was offered. I stayed and clean my face because I didn’t want to leave with hairs still on my face, but I felt rushed as the staff waited for me to pay while I was still cleaning up. Appalling visit today. I had an 11am appointment. On arrival I was told by the single employee in the business she was 10-15 minutes late. She could have phoned me & let me know earlier. She then disappeared behind a petition . I left at 11.25 and went to O’Bara, Westfield. The assistant attended to me immediately without an appointment and provided a professional treatment. Will not return to San’s.
Had a visit last week, so professional, neat and clean place. Girls are really trained in everything. A real place to be for every girl. Would prefer no.1 in newcastle area. Surely coming back again
She did such a great job and I didn’t have to ask her to fix anything. She knew what I wanted before I asked and nailed it! So hard to find a place that does good brow threading!!
I had a very disappointing experience at San'z Threadz & Beauty. The staff member doing my eyebrow threading seemed untrained, as the thread broke nearly 10 times during the process. Worse, I overheard them speaking in their language (hindi), admitting they made a mistake and even tore my eyebrows with scissors.
