What disappointed me most was the lack of customer care. After threading, my face wasn’t cleaned properly, leaving tiny eyebrow hairs stuck all over my face. I had to remove them myself, and no tissue or assistance was offered. I stayed and clean my face because I didn’t want to leave with hairs still on my face, but I felt rushed as the staff waited for me to pay while I was still cleaning up. extremely friendly staff and the place is so beautiful! so soothing, calm, clean and girly which i love✨🎀 got my lashes done and super happy with it :) next time, i will upgrade to volume set. i feel beautiful and happy after getting them done. the owner is also so sweet and kind! definitely will be back for more beauty services in the future and lash refills 🤍 thank you so much!

Had a visit last week, so professional, neat and clean place. Girls are really trained in everything. A real place to be for every girl. Would prefer no.1 in newcastle area. Surely coming back again

She did such a great job and I didn’t have to ask her to fix anything. She knew what I wanted before I asked and nailed it! So hard to find a place that does good brow threading!!
