extremely friendly staff and the place is so beautiful! so soothing, calm, clean and girly which i love✨🎀 got my lashes done and super happy with it :) next time, i will upgrade to volume set. i feel beautiful and happy after getting them done. the owner is also so sweet and kind! definitely will be back for more beauty services in the future and lash refills 🤍 thank you so much!
Had a visit last week, so professional, neat and clean place. Girls are really trained in everything. A real place to be for every girl. Would prefer no.1 in newcastle area. Surely coming back again
It was great ! Eyebrows have never looked better and the customer service was amazing even though she was super busy with clients she still attended to us all with a great attitude 😊
They do a great job on brows and tinting! Always look great and sharp. They have the same playlist playing every single time I have been in there though, playing over and over the same songs which does my head in haha
I had a very disappointing experience at San'z Threadz & Beauty. The staff member doing my eyebrow threading seemed untrained, as the thread broke nearly 10 times during the process. Worse, I overheard them speaking in their language (hindi), admitting they made a mistake and even tore my eyebrows with scissors. When I brought this up to the owner, she was dismissive and unprofessional, claiming it wasn’t their fault and that my eyebrows were already like that when I arrived.
