Came in for a black funeral suit and was helped immediately by Rani. He was very nice and immediately showed me a few options within my budget that looked great. Would highly recommend!
Price is reasonable good quality and they help you when walking in
I went in looking for a suit and was met with a surprisingly rude attitude from one of the staff members. When I asked for help, he responded with a lot of attitude, and when I pointed it out, he said it was because I ask "weird questions." I was shocked—I'm a customer simply trying to find the right fit and style. The whole interaction made me very uncomfortable, so I left. Never going back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
So far so good - will update after tailoring. The owner helped us, and he was fantastic. Got a great suit at a great price, excellent customer service, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I can't wait to recommend this place to others. This business is a real gem.
Have to compliment the customer service here. They’ve helped us pick out items for the best and worst events you’d ever need a suit for, and the people here have always been invaluable.
