This is a mobile home park for persons aged 55 and older. The Shriners own the land and could do a little better if they'd loosen the purse strings and improve some of the infrastructure. That said, the maintenance crew does an excellent job of keeping the park clean and safe. The people I've met are friendly and stay active walking their dogs or participating in the many activities in the club house. Just there visiting. San souci has not changed in years which is really sad the Shriners that owns it do not take of it
