Homes way too close together, road very narrow in places. Way to many hills and speed bumps including one so high my car bottomed out on it. I was looking for a new home but if we ever get more then 2" of snow, they have nowhere to put it. I won't be buying a place there.

I love the fact it is by the river and it’s unique with all the wildlife. The variety of trees are great, and so attractive. I left one star off because the maintenance could be a bit improved. Overall a lovely historical place!

It's unfortunate that all those years ago the Shriners opted to turn this prime real estate into a mobile home park. Great for the residents on the edges but many of the owners don't care for their properties.

This is a mobile home park for persons aged 55 and older. The Shriners own the land and could do a little better if they'd loosen the purse strings and improve some of the infrastructure. That said, the maintenance crew does an excellent job of keeping the park clean and safe. The people I've met are friendly and stay active walking their dogs or participating in the many activities in the club house. The park is along a curve of the Spokane River and is full of mature trees so walking through here is like being on a nature ... read more
