I attend for the GP, if I was a new client I am sure I would be intimidated by the reception staff. Sometimes the phone doesn't get answered. All the time, I am put on hold .When they do answer, they are short to the point of rudeness. If I dare question them their response is dismissive and it is put back on me. You get challenged about your enquiry.......intimidating

Dr Ginni Mansberg is wonderful, patient and thorough. Great with my kids too and happy to listen to their concerns.
