If i could put zero on customer service I will! There is an Asian Karen working in that store. We were not accomodated very well because my daughter has autism! She loves Hello Kitty stuff but because she was playing with one of the product, she made a rude comment!

It's very disappointing, no welcome when you walk in. No eye contact, not even a nod. I'm not sure if they like customers or not, but it felt as though I forced them to stop a conversation they were having to purchase an item. Especially for a Sanrio store. I get better customer service at a third-party vendor than at this store. I'm never coming here again.
It is so cute
Cute store, surprisingly not packed compared to other Sanrio stores I've been to. A lot of the popular ones, Hello Kitty, Melody, Kuromi, and Cinnamorrol. Not much choco cat or Kuropi. definitely had Gudetama!!
