Visiting from Virginia, I stopped by the Sanrio store at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, CA, and had the sweetest experience thanks to Karla! The store was a pastel paradise, brimming with adorable Hello Kitty goodies and other Sanrio treasures. Karla greeted me with the warmest smile, making me feel right at home despite being so far from Virginia.
