I made an appointment/called the day before and was told to come first thing in the morning. The day of the “appointment” I was told to come back another day. They turned another person away that stated that they called as well. Obviously they either over booked themselves or didn’t have enough braiders for the day even though it was 9 am as soon they opened. I ended up going to another braider the same day. Do NOT go here they will play in your head and not be considerate enough to fix the issue i had a short boho bob and they couldn’t do it right! Braids are uneven, i went back in to fix the problem and the braids are still unraveling I’ve told the owner and her sister and they did not care

Never received service. Had an appointment for 8:30. Didn’t honor appointment took the walk on first

They are very fast! Polite, kind, and patient with children. It's just so quiet. Lol there is never no music so focus on instead of the pain of your hair being braided.
