They told me one price of $200 , over the phone then $260 , once I came in. The worst part was the stylist asking g me to separate my boho hair. I'm excuse me ma'am I worked hard to pay for a service for you to do not me. HELLO !!! GET IT TOGETHER!!! Then to top.it offf another of the books hair on the ends came right.
My daughter and I have been to Sanou Braids twice, and both times we got boho braids. The braids were absolutely amazing, and the parts were perfect. The customer service was wonderful as well. I drive over an hour to get to them, and it is 100% worth it. I highly recommend Sanou Braids!
0/10 experience. I will NEVER EVER set foot in this place again. I had the worst experience here. I called ahead of time and asked the price for medium waist length knotless and the person on the phone confirmed the price. I then asked her if they were busy and I was told no. I then told that person I would be there for in 30 minutes and she said ok. I arrived around 10:40 and every braider was occupied. There was one girl who had two braiders. I made an appointment/called the day before and was told to come first thing in the morning. The day of the “appointment” I was told to come back another day. They turned another person away that stated that they called as well. Obviously they either over booked themselves or didn’t have enough braiders for the day even though it was 9 am as soon they opened. I ended up going to another braider the same day.
