I went several times to get my braids taken down. The first time they quoted me $60 dollars on the return I was quoted $80 dollars. I said last time I paid $60. Now today they told me $70 plus they left knots in my hair which is the whole purpose of letting them take the braids down. The owner told me I was yelling which I was NOT I just knew how much I paid previously. On another occasion I asked for knotless box braids and they gave me knots with my braids. I do not recommend

They lied and said they knew how to do invisible locs and gave me boneless twist after 3 days twist started to fall out and unravel I was told to come in and when i called to verify my appointment the day of I was told they were busy come another day then she rescheduled again and now refused to refund me and told me invisible locs last 2 weeks she haha been doing hair for 16 years clearly that’s a lie but I will be suing

Been here several time however they do not honor your appt time. They do not write it down so when you show up on your appointment day and time and their crowded you will NOT BE SEEN REGARDLESS it's best to speak with the owner if she is there but can't guarantee even then that they will still see you at your appointment time. I left found someone else closer on Google and guess what better price and better braiding, moisturizering of hair, and the lady got us in asap due to we had an event to go too that day.
