I am extremely disappointed with Sanofi's handling of a replacement for a defective Dupixent pen. On June 5, one of my son's Dupixent injection pens malfunctioned and became completely unusable. Since this is a specialty medication, I immediately began trying to get a replacement. Unfortunately, no one clearly explained the process. Flu shot is know to cause seizures in young children 6 months to 5 years, no update to hospitals yet that currently are administering the vaccine. People are not being warned. And of potential fatal cancers from this manufacturer.

I can’t think of a more useless and incompetent company of people than Sanofi! The people they hire have to be able to accept working for a low level company and they embrace it. I purchased a product where the bottle was defective. The top would not open so I had to cut it off to use. I reached out to tell them and ask if I could re-send it in for a coupon or a replacement. Sent pictures, videos etc. They call me to get information and they tell me “they are refreshing their coupons so they can’t do anything”. When I asked ... read more

I'd expect better service! My insurance pays $3,800 monthly for this companies medication and that's 2 doses. One dose malfunctioned (they give you a mechanical applicator containing one dose) I called for a replacement dose since I was about to lapse and I got a run-a-round from their people (The clerk who answered the call was polite, just powerless: "A councilor will reach out to you in 10 business days".
