I'd expect better service! My insurance pays $3,800 monthly for this companies medication and that's 2 doses. One dose malfunctioned (they give you a mechanical applicator containing one dose) I called for a replacement dose since I was about to lapse and I got a run-a-round from their people (The clerk who answered the call was polite, just powerless: "A councilor will reach out to you in 10 business days". I gave them one start as I had to mark something! This is HORRIBLE company. I went to their website and informed about one of their products and how awful it was, and it did not work. Well, I got a reply within the same day referring me to the original website where I started informed them of the poor quality. The product I bought was ICEHOT MAX.
