The physician took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and examined my arm thoroughly. After reviewing my past tests, they outlined a series of future plans to help improve my situation. It felt great to have such a comprehensive approach to my health!
I had an appointment set up with Sano. I show up for the appointment with proof of insurance about 20 minutes early. I'm then informed because I checked a box "Yes" that asked if I was injured on the job which I was that it set it as work comp billing in the system and the only person that could override it wasn't there or able to be reached. After driving an hour to the appointment and waiting an hour I then left without being seen even though I had an appointment and insurance.
Having gone to another provider that was less than pleasant, Dr Woyski and his PA Jessica have been fantastic. They spend time with you, make sure your questions are completely answered and provide alternative options for a labrum tear that usually requires surgery. Whether I choose surgery or not it will be a team discussion as to what is best for me. Keep up the great CARE for your clients.
We have experienced top-notch care with all experiences at Sano. They provide exceptional quality care while maintaining compassion and empathy. I highly recommend the entire team to family and friends!
Staff was very pleasant, friendly and considerate. Dr. Palmer explained everything in detail of what to expect and detail of how surgery will be done.
