My daughter got a dog last year and we had her go to Sano because they were our vet and we had been happy with them in the past. He, our puppy, went on to get neutered (this March) and thats when everything changed. They told us he wouldnt stop crying the whole time we were gone and then had to have my daughter assist in getting him to come out of his cage after he been in there for 5 hrs after surgery! Dr. P knows animals and is brilliant in his care. The entire staff is incredibly empathetic and caring.
They have taken good care of our kittens.
Dr. Palmini is thoughtful, aware and fully conscious. Took my two babies in today. First time visit. Vaccine updates and I needed help with trimming one of our dog's nails. I appreciate everything today. Thank you for your thoughtfulness doctor not only for my babies but for my bill. It is rare in today's world that somebody can be aware of not only my needs, but their own needs to produce an outcome that is best for everybody.
