I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the only place I will ever take my dogs. Dr Palmini has been my vet for years and I drive almost an hour to get to Conifer and bypass plenty of vet clinics on the way but the drive is worth it for the quality care I receive. Dr Palmini is so knowledgeable and experienced and is amazing with animals. Front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming-They greet my pups by name. For almost 25 years we have brought our family's rescue dogs to Dr. Palmini. Our daughter continues to do so; despite living in Aurora. Why? Because we trust him to give our pets the best care possible and to make it affordable at the same time. Recently we brought our dog in for surgery. Dr. Palmini's tech mentioned that she had been working in the field for 20 years and had never met a better surgeon. Her statement reinforced our belief that Dr. Palmini is a skilled professional.
My daughter got a dog last year and we had her go to Sano because they were our vet and we had been happy with them in the past. He, our puppy, went on to get neutered (this March) and thats when everything changed. They told us he wouldnt stop crying the whole time we were gone and then had to have my daughter assist in getting him to come out of his cage after he been in there for 5 hrs after surgery! By the time we got him home he had no voice. :( This should have been managed on site long before she came to pick him up!!... read more
Dr. P knows animals and is brilliant in his care. The entire staff is incredibly empathetic and caring.
