Dr. Chan is very thorough, caring and kind. At our first appointment he thought of many things I had not considered, although I walked in with many questions. His staff was also very friendly and welcoming
DR. CHAN and his staff are fantastic! They are kind, brilliant and thoughtful and go out of their way to help me out. I feel so lucky to have a doctor who cares so much about his patients - which is unusual these days. I owe so much to DR. CHAN and his staff.
Sanny Chan, MD, PhD is an excellent Allergist. He is up on the latest treatments and good at explaining things, never rushed. He is timely w/appointments (respects patient's time). The front office and clinicians are wonderful; they treat you like an actual person vs a widget on an assembly line. These days many physicians belong to large medical groups, controlled by large health systems; w/ a corporate structure and care model. Dr. Chan is kind and listens well. There was very little wait time, and by the time the appointment was done he was ordering me tests to figure out what is going on. The office is a mask required space, and cleanly. All the front desk and support staff were professional and willing to answer questions.
