I’ve been with the same dentist for the past 10 years and recently just moved to the bay; with very high expectations, I wasn’t expecting to meet someone so passionate about her craft. The minute I met Dr Charlie, I knew she was compassionate, kind, and truly cared for patients like they were kin. I live all the way in the city, but the commute to her office is worth dealing with these Bay Area drivers!
The staff are always super friendly and communicative. Dr. Charlie is efficient and professional. Always the best dentistry experiences which makes me look forward to my next appointment.

First to Dr. Probst, the old dentist and now to Dr. Charlie, the new dentist who took over after Dr. Probst retired. Try them for yourself and see! I had another excellent teeth cleaning at Define Dentistry. They are still the best! I had another great experience at Define Dentistry! Keep up the good work Dr. Charlie and staff!
Katie was my hygienist and the experience was so pleasant that I made sure I could see her at my next appointment in 6 months. I also almost fell asleep which has never happened before! Dr. Charlie is great and shared that she’s pretty conservative which was a sigh of relieve that I could trust she wouldn’t suggest anything she didn’t feel was absolutely necessary. 10/10 experience.
Dr. Charlie, Katie, and staff at define dentistry always make me feel at home and comfortable. I was always nervous about dental appointments but they always make sure I’m okay and never go too fast for me. Very lovely group of people coming together to care for us. I reccomend them to everyone that asks for dental ‘round the Livermore area. Thank you guys!
