This doctors office sucks I been calling for refills for the last week and they won’t pick up my phone calls !
I have been a patient since the beginning when they opened the practice. I have to request refills several times, call the office to speak to staff who rarely even answers the phone. Sanna is an excellent provider but when someone is sick and needs to see their doctor they are made to wait 4 days for an appt. It seems the practice leans heavy on aesthetics and not sick or well patients. I wish I would have know this was their goal in the beginning of coming to the practice.
