In my assessment, the customer service and employee/client relationship must be evaluated here. There are necessary improvements that need to be made to this Kingwood baby store. During my visit, the employee indicated she was a mother-of-two but, remarkably could not assist in answering the questions the two of us customers had about sizing. Adorable boutique but customer service was greatly lacking and unfriendly
I love this store so much. Thank you for providing a beautiful shopping experience for Kingwood! I just meant to run in today, and I came out with 5 Christmas presents I needed at prices that really could not be beat. I am impressed every time I go in.
Such a cute boutique with so many clothing options from jeans to tops to skirts and dresses. There’s also a lot of chic home decor and gift options such as greeting cards, notebooks, etc. next door, their baby shop has the most unique clothes for boys and girls plus an array of one-of-a-kind toys!
Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the online shopping experience. I understand they are understaffed but it took a few days to get a response. A customer also has to pay a return shipping to exchange a defective item. I had much better experience with other small boutique stores.
