AWFUL. Sankofa decided to let me know via email that my therapist was no longer with the practice AS OF THE PREVIOUS WEEK. Very unprofessional and highly stressful given that I had put in a lot of time with that particular therapist. Now, I have no one. This place is no good, unless you're into being ditched like you're nothing.

After waiting 3 months on a wait list, when I got an appointment, the admins mistyped my email address (same email that I used to reach out) so I never received video conference information. Upon calling to no answer and sending an email which went unanswered, when I followed up a second time, I was told I needed to be readded to the wait list. I asked for an alternative given that the clerical error and the unanswered emails were on the staff, but was told I needed to continue to wait. Their team may be excellent however I ... read more

The therapy is great, but whoever is in charge of billing really needs to get it together.

I hope in this review to share my journey to finding Sankofa Psychological Services, not just to say how wonderful the office and my therapist (Michael Wiley) is, but hopefully my experience can help you in your search for somebody who can improve your well being. I have a medical issue that causes a lot of fatigue.
