I had my wedding at Sankofa Haus on Saturday April 4th, 2026. My husband and I were looking for a small, intimate venue with some of the space already slightly decorated/furnished. During each of our interactions, Mike the owner was enthusiastic, warm, kind, answered all of our questions and was very professional. Recently celebrated my birthday at this beautiful venue and had such a great experience. The owner and staff were personable and professional from start to finish. From scheduling the tour to the day of my party, everything was seamless.
My family and I were in absolute awe of the hospitality of the staff and how amazing they are. From the bartender Tiffany down to the security guard. They really made my mom’s 60th birthday an amazing experience. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need a venue for an event come here! And its Black Owned!
I had my 40th birthday party here at Sankofa and it was phenomenal. From the warm and friendly staff to the lovely atmosphere it definitely exceeded my expectations. Mike the owner is so nice accommodating and my vision of my party really came to life My family friends and I will be talking about this for years to come! Will be back to do another event
