I was so BLESSED receiving service and getting the correct protective style from a PROTECTIVE STYLIST! Dr. O is truly accommodating. She has her own hair care products in house for purchase, with a wealth of education and prfessionalism behind them. I was in and out in 4 hours ready to slay!! After a year of having my Sisterlocks retightened by a “Sisterlocks Brand Ambassador” in Antioch, several rows of my locs in the back just broke off. I have received treatments and had my hair braided by Dr. Akongua Hemaa a few times now and every time I am completely in love with the results. She is masterful and efficient with her work. Making an appointment is always easy and she has accommodated me on short notice one time as well. Beyond the braiding, it is also a pleasure to talk to her and learn from her wisdom while in the chair. I’m lucky I found Sankofa when I was looking to get my hair braided for the first time.
