We reached out to Morgan and his team to have a custom bookcase done for a basement. We worked closely with Morgan to fine tune drawings, select the right color and integrate lighting. While we hit a few bumps along the road, we were able to resolve all of them postively. We love the bookcase and would absolutely recommend Sanko Custom Cabinetry.
We are a fellow cabinet shop and we hired Sanko Custom Carpentry to help us cut a big job on their CNC. We also ordered a CNC and then hired them to help us learn the machine and software as well. We have continued to have a great working relationship with the team. We consider it a privilege to have Sanko as a fellow cabinet shop we can work with. We highly recommend them.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This company doesn’t do ANYTHING as they say they would. From quality control to just them following through on their word - 0 stars all around. We stopped doing business with them due to their workers not being honest about in-person conversations and delivering subpar work, we were promised a refund because we lost a customer due to it and no reconciliation was done when the product flaws were mentioned at pickup.
