Absolutely do NOT take your car to Sanko Auto Care. I brought my vehicle in suspecting an alternator issue. Despite clearly expressing this, they replaced the shifter instead—costing me $1,600. After their “repair,” multiple warning lights appeared. When I returned, the owner's son was rude, dismissive, and admitted he had no idea what was actually wrong. Days later, my car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection, putting me in danger—and guess what? It WAS the alternator all along. They misdiagnosed the problem, too... read more
