Doctor Rao has been my doctor for over 25 years and I’ve had no issues or complaints with him or his team.
Went to Dr. S. Rao for years and what disappointed me is when I had a family emergency (at hospital with family member) and needed a refill for my meds for 2 weeks, I was told that I would have to do a televisit to get the meds. Then for years I complained about my back hurting, only to find out on my own that I had 3 collapsed disc. Not because Dr. Rao ever gave me a referral, I found out by going to a chiropractor o my own who gave me a referral. That was really depressing to find that out after I had complained for years.
