I'm so thankful for Lucie and the team, as I was only travelling through and needed replacement glasses. Luckily I was able to receive a full test, scans and ordered 2 new pairs as I couldn't choose. Service was unbelievably helpful and friendly. Cannot thank the team enough.

I am travelling in a caravan and needed to have an ingrown eyelash removed. Tanya and Alan very kindly fitted me in for an appointment whenever I arrived in Roma, even though they were fully booked. They were both very welcoming and accommodating. Their service was very much appreciated.

Thank you to the Roma team and especially Georgina, for going far beyond anyone’s expectation, I arrived with a complicated issue while travelling, Georgina went out of her way to ensure there was no current issues with my eyes and contacted my Eye specialist and rheumatologist in Melbourne and sent all reports to them, can highly recommend this clinic. 5 star plus.

Yea their pretty good actually. I just think they need to get on top of their miscommunication issues. Otherwise, very lovely lady’s, both optometrist’s and their desk staff are lovely too.
