When my long-standing PCP, Dr. Doyle, retired Jan. 2026, I transferred to Dr. Patel. While he and his staff are friendly, the billing practices and itemized charges are vastly different than what I previously experienced with Dr. Doyle, even though they both are Promedica physicians. Can someone please explain to me why I was charged $199, $184 & $25 all with the same service date with Dr. Patel?
