Worst experience. As we got our table, we were informed not to order South Indian food as it will take at least 30-40 minutes. We asked for Palak paneer. They didn't have it. Than we placed our order of Punjabi food along with one cheese dosa. Dosa was served in 10 minutes. It took more than 45 minutes to serve our food. We had to ask to bring us dinner plates. Mittal gave great service during lunch time. The food was average with average portions but higher prices then other locations. Limited menu choices as well.
Horrible Service Ordered two dosas and waited 45 minutes. After checking with the staff, they told us it would take even longer. I honestly don't understand why it takes over 45 minutes just to prepare two dosas. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a simple apology from the staff for the delay. Completely unacceptable and not worth the wait. I won't be coming back.
Sankalp is a very famous brand in Ahmedabad for authentic South Indian food especially Dosas. This location in Vaughan is good, however, the Dosas - the crispiness, taste and Sambar do not feel exactly the same as in Ahmedabad. We visited Sankalp in Ahmedabad atleast 50 times, but this location in Vaughan is not making us feel like going again. It does give average vibe. There is room of improvement in food taste, service and experience.
