Wonderful warm caring doctor great staff
First time. Overall great experience! Front desk/medical assistants were lovely. Got there about 8:55am. Completed paperwork and did X-rays within about half hour. Waited another 15 minutes to see the doctor. He seemed very knowledgeable, and gave me complete confidence and peace of mind about my condition. I was back in my car by a few minutes after 10am.
The staff is very nice & efficient but a young lady at the front desk didn't pronounce my first name correctly & didn't even try. She also didn't apologize. One's name is their identity & if you don't try to get it right, you deny them respect of their identity.
