Very disappointed with this medical team. My spouse had the initial visit with Dr. Kaul in APRIL. Had the follow up visit with his assistant Greg in MAY. There was to be a procedure scheduled. It is now the end of SEPTEMBER, have placed call after call, message after message and NO RESULTS!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Don't Waste your time to consider Dr Kaul as a new Urologist unless your health is critical. He too busy now to see any (so call) normal regular patients with Urology issues. Only you will be schedule with Dr Kaul new PA??? If you refused "you are tolded" you can find another Urologist. Thats what I was told by his office manager; if I want to continue appointments with Dr Kaul (as his patient ) I will only be schedule with the office new PA. Who has no clue about any of my past or current issues. And what were the next step... read more
