While I always value and enjoy my visits with Dr. Jain, the "technician" who tried to take my blood sample was awful - inefficient and inexperienced. She could not even get a sample from me - claiming that it was "coming too slow" to be useful - but she did leave me with a bruised, black-and-blue arm. Always make sure that a blood sample is REALLY needed before you let them touch you!!
Dr Jain is an excellent doctor. His explanation of cancer treatments are very thorough. He allows ample time to answer questions and does so in a professional manner that is easy to understand.
