My wife has an extremely rare neurological condition. Dr Yathiraj was very thorough in the diagnosis process and we have made some headway. His bedside manner and knowledge are great. However, the complete office staff has let us down through this whole process. I have had to personally drive to the office four times now to get simple answers that could be taken care of with a call back after leaving several messages, it doesn’t happen.
