I appreciate Dr. Yathiraj so much. He takes a lot of time with me during every visit. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me a lot. His staff is great all are kind and helpful.
Reached out twice about 3 - 4 weeks ago inquiring to make a new patient appointment. I was told they don't accept my health insurance, but after looking at my insurance portal, it states that they do accept my health insurance. My wife has an extremely rare neurological condition. Dr Yathiraj was very thorough in the diagnosis process and we have made some headway. His bedside manner and knowledge are great. However, the complete office staff has let us down through this whole process. I have had to personally drive to the office four times now to get simple answers that could be taken care of with a call back after leaving several messages, it doesn’t happen. I have seen Dr. Yathiraj for many years. He and the team at Palma Sola Neurology are excellent. He takes a lot of time with me and explains things clearly. I appreciate this level of care which seems to not be the norm anymore!
