Dr. Yathiraj is a blessing to me. Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced, he also really listens, is detail-oriented, very thorough, and truly empathetic. He was well worth the wait.
Everyone and everything is great my only issue is whenever I call I can never get an actual human to answer I have to leave a message and wait around all day for them to call back and you’re not allowed to leave multiple messages either so you just have to wait and assume they heard your message but they drag their feet to call back it’s so aggravating I called late at night though and they had a operator available and he was really nice but during the day I can NEVER get someone to answer if they just answer the phone the p... read more
Marta is exceptional, caring and a kind person. She takes the time to explain things and listen to you.
Excellent interaction with the doctor, who spent a lot of time with my husband to explain test results and he answered all questions thoroughly. The only difficulty was getting a timely appointment and the long wait before seeing the doctor once there at the office. But the wait was worth it, as this was the best experience either my husband or I have ever had within the medical field.
