Dr. Usman cared for our adult son, who was admitted on on a Friday night and was in the hospital throughout the whole weekend. Dr. Usman had such a calming and kind demeanor, both with our son and our whole family. He allowed us to ask question after question, and explained things in a way we could all understand. His procedure went very smoothly and he came to talk with us right afterward. I was nervous after reading some of the experiences on here. My experience was as perfect as you can get. Prep was hard however staff and Dr. Romeo were excellent. I appreciate it. I was nervous but Dr. was excellent. Thank you for making a nervous mom not have a bad experience. Sincerely!

Very nice quiet demeanor. Spoke with me and husband respectful. Told info to husband as I was sleeping. Follow up appt was short sweet informative. I like it that way.

She was very rude and arrogant. She didn't explain anything, just ordered more tests. The worst doctor I've ever been to.
Dr. Fritz was really nice and took the time to explain things for me. I feel like she was just the tiniest bit rushed and was speaking a little fast but I was able to understand everything. I didn't have much of a wait, maybe 15 minutes? She also gave me a hug at the end of the appointment, which was very touching. She truly cares and does want to do right by you, as well as educate you on what she's thinking. I was worried there might be a long wait according to other reviews but this was not the case in my experience.
As a new patient, when I was seen by Dr. Stone I was in pain. In the interim I had called leaving msg's w/her medical assistant, Scott, asking for the Dr. to call me back-never happened. I called making the person who answered, aware that Dr. Stone had not called me back regardless of me leaving msgs with her asst. When I finally spoke with Dr. Stone I made her aware of me leaving numerous msg's w/Scott, she said she did not receive any. My first visit was not so great. He was pompous and arrogant. I was in the process of moving out of state and dealing with a new disease ravaging my colon. He was rather uncaring and left me out to dry so to speak. I would look further if In need of a gastrointestinal Doctor.
Dr. Stone is a great doctor. She’s very down to earth and very caring. She takes time to explain everything and answers every question. She never rushes the appointment. Only drawback is it’s hard to get an appointment but that just speaks to what kind of doctor she is. While hopefully you’ll never find yourself needing a GI doctor- but if you do, I highly recommend Dr. Stone
