We know this to be true simply because we are now dealing with another physician with the same exact insurance & the co-pay is the same amount every month. Co-pay amounts should never change & we knew something seemed off. Find yourself a reputable primary care physician & steer clear!!

Not a bad guy but his staff is horrible. Left messages without ever getting calls back. Also they told me my bloodwork paperwork was submitted. After fasting, went first thing in morning. Yale labs had no paperwork. Tried calling, not open yet. Went to work and called, spoke to the staff and they assured me they would get it back over.
