Had to change my review. Rodney did not communicate properly about paperwork I needed from him and now this is going to impact other processes with my business as well as cause me to have to pay more money to get the document myself. He lacks accountability for this and passes the blame onto me and the mail carrier. I can't in good conscious recommend him to anyone.
