For years I have counted on Ken's carpet cleaning business to clean up catastrophes in my guest rooms. Merrick was diligent and knowledgeable ~ SaniTECH's technician extraordinaire! He treated the different stains with explanations and made me feel comfortable to call with any concerns. Thanks Merrick!
When I was given an estimate for my carpet cleaning, including some coffee stains and wear patterns, I was told that they would bring a special unit (RX 20) for the tougher stains. This was detailed on the written estimate. I agreed to proceed, but when the technician showed up he didn't have the RX 20 and said he didn't think it would make a difference. In the end the discussed stains are still there - I feel like I was completely mislead and should not have paid for the service. Classic false promise - totally unethica... read more
The team was professional and respectful. We considered the estimate a little high compared with those of other companies we had used in the past, but the results were very good and the grout cleaning in tiled areas was excellent. Definitely will use SaniTECH next time.

They are the best hands down! I have been using them for over 20 years. They often cleaning my cream/white upholstery that I use in my staging business. Always accommodate me even if it’s just a sofa! You won’t be disappointed!
