They make you schedule an appointment and show up in person to give you hour lab results because they want to bill your insurance for a 'recheck' and if they give you your results over the phone, they don't have a billable service. Its a massive pain if you have things to do other than drive back and forth to your primary care. I really like the doctors, nurses medical support staff.

Appointment booked 3 weeks back for 1:15pm. Online checked in 12:57pm. Walked into clinic 1:05 Nurse escorts me to room 1:30pm. 2:20pm STILL WAITING to see doctor. The clinic seems deserted, 2 other patients in entire facility apart from me. If u can't honor appointments then u don't deserve the business. Facility is clean & front desk is very polite but that doesn't help a sick patient! Walked out at 2 21pm !
