If you call that phone number for the Winter Haven office, it sends you all the way to Orlando or any of the other clinic except the one in Winter Haven. Tha was horrible, trying to get to speak to someone in that office location just to ask one simple question! I will NOT be going there or using Florida Blue at all. Thank you
