Another terrible experience today with my son. He had a 10:20 appointment and received a text reminder telling him to arrive at 10:10, which he did. He was only there for a basic annual cleaning. Before even being seen, he was asked to pay $175 upfront for a cleaning that cost me $95 just two weeks ago. The only difference is that he did not do his Xray's since he was not due yet.
