Horrible service all the way around..had a P_coat cleaned there..went to pick it up a week later and it looked like it had not been touched. I mainly brought it there since I own a dog that sheds and there was still hair all over it. I questioned the woman at the counter and she sounded like she was disgusted that I even bothered her. As I'm telling the woman about the hair still on the coat, she comes out with a dirty lint roller, by the way had other animal hair on it, and proceeded to roll it all over my coat.
