I cannot and will not recommend this company. I’ve been dealing with them for almost a year now. Their drivers do not pick up the containers on time. The “3-day call ahead” is a joke—because even then, they don’t show up as scheduled. And when they do finally arrive, they leave at least two bins completely full. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable customer service. I recommend filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as I am doing myself. Do not go through this company.
I've complained several times about how fast the driver drives on our side road without any resolution. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Ashlee was the one that helped me when I went in. She’s kind, funny and very outgoing. She has good customer service and seems very professional.
