The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Communication could be better.
Can't get them to get a Dr to look at mother they have sent a nurse but no Dr has actually stepped into her room. She's waited as long as an hour to go the bathroom. Most not all of the nursing staff and CNAs are rude and belittling.

My husband is currently there for wound care. The staff can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to answer the call button. Most staff are really nice and treat my husband well, though.
