I was receiving appointment reminders for someone I do not know. I called to ask if they could remove my number and email from the account and Kim was absolutely horrible on the phone. She was very rude and not helpful at all. She refused to help or remove my information from the account and said "Whatever, can't help you". Horrible management!!
Great and friendly staff
They didn't want to give my child a diagnosis due to his age. Was very inconsiderate on how we felt what was wrong. They weren't concerned at all about him as they pushed him away from his true diagnosis. We pretty much begged for help and understanding basically told we didn't know what we were talking about even with a diagnosis he couldn't get no help. Strange that they said sanilac cmh has different rules then others but they go by state guide lines. They are rude and I believe certain case managers are on power trips in... read more
