This company has been horrible with their customer service, they took a note of the caller ID and would purposely ignore our calls nor respond, we sent emails and we have been requesting a pick of their property since march 19 , we confirmed a pick up for yesterday Monday and nobody showed up, they claimed they had it out the system but said when they attempted to pick it up they said it wasn’t accessible so now it’s just back and forth first its the location wasn’t accessible today it’s this isn’t in our system , they also ... read more
Something has gone wrong with this company. It’s been 15 days and no one has been to clean it. It supposed to be picked up by 30th and no confirmation. The email they give is incorrect address. No matter what time of day I call the voicemail says we are closed for the day. I do not want this co to reply saying email us at this address because it’s invalid email address.
Their driver blew through a crosswalk in Arlington and nearly ran me over. I guess the real crap in their trucks isn't in the tank, but in the cab...
Worst service ever! We were lucky if they showed up once a month to clean it out. Sometimes, it would be two months before they would come out to clean it, and when they did, it was not much better than before they cleaned it. I would call and leave messages, but no one would call back. Do not use this service! Stay away! See pictures for reference of what you will get from them.
