Excellent service. Couldn't have been more helpful in working around our available dates. Craig was courteous and explanations clear. A new unit purchased as old one was 14 years old. If the new one lasts that long we'll be delighted.
My macerator was not working properly. I contacted Saniflo and from right from the beginning using their chat website I had excellent service . I knew I needed a new macerator as the water in the shower did not drain properly. Craig arrived and fitted a new one. From start to finish I am delighted with the professional and excellent service received. It is also a bonus that I can pay in 3 installments to spread the cost. Thank you Craig and Olivia.
