I bought a cheaper unit to replace an old Saniflo unit which broke within 2 years so proved to be a false economy. I called Kathleen and immediately felt reassured by her warmth and friendliness. She visited the following day, assessed our needs and we discussed our options. Kathleen is professional and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to have the work done. Kathleen was a life saver. Solved our issue very quickly, gave great advice and fantastic customer service. Will definitely be using Saniflo when it comes time to upgrade.
Kathleen absolutely brilliant very helpful and really knows her stuff about Saniflo maserator I would recommend her every time and she has the cutest little dog called buddy
Cathleen came to see us when we had managed to block our toilet with a ring ! She was not only completely professional and efficient but friendly and helpful. She has a lovely dog called Buddy as well. She came again when we had a small blockage and she came as soon as she could which was a lifesaver …….. would highly recommend her
I was extremely impressed with Kathleen from the initial call to get a quote to the finished job. Communications where spot on and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done , I would throughly recommend Kathleen and saniflow , top marks!!!
