RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The company was recommended by our HOA for storm windows. Extremely poor customer service. They charged for services they did not perform, increased their bid even though we had a signed contract, double charged for permits, damaged property (we had to hire an electrician to fix the electrical outlets that did not work) and we had to hire people to clean up their debris. They even had the nerve to put a lien on our property in Sanibel right after the hurricane even though not all the windows ar... read more
I strongly suggest you avoid using this company. I wish I would have read their reviews on Yelp before contacting them. After waiting for over two weeks to receive an estimate (with plenty of unreturned messages along the way), they stated they could not help me even though it was a common window replacement. Their customer service is extremely poor.
RecommendedChris and his team made my house safer and completely changed the look of my house. The hurricane glass updated my home and I'll never be hanging shutters again. Thanks guys!
